The cuisine and bar

First and foremost secret of Primavera’s success is presenting its guests with select zest of the Mediterranean cuisine under the condition of affordable and reasonable pricing policy. The restaurant specialties are famous Italian delicacies – Lasagna Bolognese, ravioli and cannelloni with salmon. Salads - the Mediterranean Salad, "Caprese", "Del Piero" or "Chuchuk Primavera have bright freshness; pastas with classic aromatic sauces have elegant Italian chic and desserts "Profiteroles" or "Tiramisu" delight you with Italian expression.

Extensive selection of meat and fish dishes, appetizers and main courses is interspersed with popular dishes of other nationalities. The vivid confirmation of that are French Nicoise Salad, French Cheese Soup, Cordon Bleu Chicken, Greek Horiyatiki Salad and Alexandria Salad along with Moroccan couscous with seven vegetables and lamb or chicken. To each dish on the menu there are recommended drinks that enrich the bouquet of flavours and add the Mediterranean note to lunch or dinner. Wine, of course, is in favor here: red, pink or white, Italian, French, Georgian, or Chilean. By the end of the evening you can smoke an excellently flavoured hookah.

The restaurant is called restaurant-pizzeria, so it is quite natural to have pizza on the menu but the restaurant boasts serving more than 50 sorts of traditional pizza: from simple Margarita and Pepperoni to the lavish Supremo and branded Primavera. For the fans of more extravagant types there is a choice of 5 kinds of pizza with seafood, among which is the King Pizza with salmon and avocado, Frutti di Mare with shrimps, calamari and mussels, Oceanik with shrimps and tuna. The price of an authentic Italian dish does not exceed 70 UAH.

The atmosphere and interior

One of the necessary components of a successful Mediterranean restaurant is its atmosphere. Through the delicate charm of Primavera you feel a noble maturity. The place breathes warmth and calmness. The interior resembles an ancient Italian street, which helps remember and relive important moments of life: the beginning of friendship, a gentle awakening of romantic feelings or the euphoria of professional victories. The main hall is divided into two zones or more precisely in two levels. On the dais are tables for two surrounded by wicker chairs and adorned by slender red candles.

In the hollow that resembles an ancient Italian courtyard is located the pizza maker’s workplace and bar covered with deliberately rough tiles, as well as benches for companies and small tables with an old plaque effect. The walls, which are laid with brick masonry, are decorated with oil paintings that depict seascapes and flower fields. An aquarium with live fish fills the interior with piece and quiet. The hall is shrouded in privacy – the light gently penetrates through stained glass windows and sways in lamps while candles flicker in ringing glasses. But if you have the desire to breathe in a deep fresh bright light, you should go to the restaurant’s terrace which is thinly shrouded in the lace of wrought railings. The Banquet Hall of Primavera is decorated in a more modern Italian style and elegantly and is festively decorated with large paintings and art nouveau chandeliers.
